Anatomy
Hit harder, stun and concuss, and bandage better. Every melee build wants it.
Overview
Anatomy is the second damage skill after Tactics. It also unlocks the two-handed special blows and the wrestling stun, and sets the floor and ceiling of a bandage.
What It Does
- Melee damage: +1% per 5 points, plus another +10% at 100 or above.
- Two-handed axes, polearms and spears: a concussion blow (target's intelligence halved for 30 seconds) with a chance of Anatomy/400 per hit, 25% at 100. Two-handed maces get a crushing blow for 1.5x damage at the same odds.
- Wrestling stun punch needs 80 Anatomy and 80 Wrestling.
- Unarmed defense counts (Anatomy + Evaluating Intelligence + 20) / 2 if that beats your Wrestling.
- Bandages heal between Anatomy/5 + Healing/5 + 3 and Anatomy/5 + Healing/2 + 10 (43 to 80 at 100/100). Curing poison needs 60 Anatomy and 60 Healing.
- Active use reads a target's strength and dexterity; at 65 it also shows stamina.
On Perilous Legends
Anatomy is one of the eight skills a pet can carry on its affinity book and pet power scrolls, and it is listed on Auction House pet cards. It is in the champion power scroll pool.
Training It
It gains passively with every swing you land. Healers and butchers teach the basics; the Sparring Master (a house deed) is an unkillable target for combat skills.
