Provocation
Turn monsters on each other, and make a boss take more damage.
Overview
Provocation sets two creatures on each other. Both must be within your bard range and of each other.
What It Does
- Range 8 + skill/15 tiles. Difficulty is the average of both creatures' instrument difficulty minus 5, minus 0.5 per Musicianship over 100, minus 5 with a Bardic Lute; your roll must land within 25. 10 second reuse.
- Tamed pets cannot be provoked.
On Perilous Legends
- Bosses cannot be turned, but a 20% roll at 120/120 with an exceptional instrument (+2% per wood grade) makes the boss take 20% more damage from players for 30 seconds.
- Siren Song enchantment raises success. Concert Mode can trigger at 120 Musicianship.
